Veteran Carson, California emcee Ras Kass has reportedly signed a venture with Big Bad 40 a/k/a 40 Glocc's Zoo Life Records. The member of the Four HRSMN and Golden State Warriors has released product throughout the last 10 years with an assortment of independent imprints, including New York's Babygrande Records. Throughout the last four years, the longtime Priority Records artist was also rumored to be close to signing with Aftermath and G-Unit Records.

"I’ve always been a fan of Ras Kass plus he’s my homey. With me gaining the opportunity to have a real label with distribution I automatically want artists with good music to come eat with me,” said 40 Glocc in a statement.

Earlier this year, Ras Kass released A.D.I.D.A.S., which was largely funded by fans through KickStarter.com
