Gossip website Bossip.com caught up with Rick Ross at the 2011 BET Awards this past weekend and chopped it up with him on the red carpet. During their minute long chat with Rozay, they decided to ask him about the "Officer Ricky" moniker. Of course Rick hits them with a classic answer all while keeping his cool and offering gifts to the interviewer.
